Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ep92 platform. By accessing or using ep92 services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ep92 ("ep92", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ep92 website located at https://ep92.bio, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and account management tools.
By creating an ep92 account, accessing the ep92 login portal, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the ep92 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ep92 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ep92 platform and close your account. Continued use of ep92 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all Users regardless of location. However, ep92 is designed and optimised for players based in Pakistan and processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through locally supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
Access to and use of the ep92 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
21+ Mandatory. ep92 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. ep92 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any User at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age restriction has been breached. Any winnings accrued by an underage User will be forfeited in full.
ep92 employs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm User identity and age. Users may be required to submit a valid government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus eligibility are processed.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active ep92 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ep92 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or bonus credits held within them.
At the time of registration through the ep92 login portal, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functioning email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ep92 promptly of any changes via the platform's support channels.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep92 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. ep92 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your ep92 account, you must notify ep92 support immediately.
ep92 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection for your PKR balance and personal data.
ep92 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ep92's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location within Pakistan and current regulatory or technical conditions.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees, one hundred). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees, two hundred). Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. ep92 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
ep92 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes on average for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to clear. ep92 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification checks prior to processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
ep92 maintains Player funds in accounts separate from operational funds in accordance with its international gaming licence requirements. This segregation is intended to protect Player balances in the event of business insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.
ep92 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
ep92 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, or other incentives to new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:
ep92 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Any bonus obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of system errors, or collusion will be forfeited, and the relevant account may be suspended or closed.
All bets placed on the ep92 sports betting platform — including cricket, PSL markets, American football, and other sports — are subject to ep92's General Betting Rules and any sport-specific supplementary rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules in full.
All casino games, slots, dice titles, and live dealer tables available on ep92 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live human dealers operating under regulated conditions. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all slot and RNG-based games. ep92 does not manipulate game outcomes and operates in compliance with its international gaming licence's fair play requirements.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds being offered due to a platform error, ep92 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the User's account balance. ep92 will not honour bets or payouts that result from a manifest error, regardless of whether the funds have been credited to a User's account.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time during a match or event. Bets accepted before a suspension is triggered will be settled at the odds at which they were accepted. ep92 is not responsible for any delay between a live event occurrence and the suspension of in-play markets on the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ep92 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ep92 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep92 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ep92 platform, including but not limited to:
ep92's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ep92 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ep92's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ep92 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the ep92 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ep92 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and identity verification, KYC and anti-money laundering compliance, payment processing, responsible gaming enforcement, customer support, and platform security. ep92 does not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it where required by its international gaming licence, applicable law, or with carefully selected service providers who process data on ep92's behalf under strict data protection agreements.
ep92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ep92 will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the ep92 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
ep92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation. Upon account closure by ep92 for cause, any bonus credits will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method after applicable deductions, subject to KYC verification.
You may close your ep92 account at any time by contacting ep92 support. Upon account closure, any outstanding real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered PKR payment method, subject to verification requirements. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to normal betting rules and the resulting balance processed accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ep92's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory body under ep92's gaming licence.
